Rolling with the punches

Part of the game of building a startup is to survive. When you survive, you get a sense of all the possible openings you can use to land your knockout punch. All you need is that one punch the spectators, aka the VCs, will remember you for.

While you take the punches, you can't lose the aggression. You have to pretend the last punch did not hurt and stay strong. Just staying in the game is inching towards winning.

So, keep rolling with the punches.
